DIAMOND DRILLING
Diamond drilling technology is the most advanced, fastest, most convenient and safest method of drilling holes in concrete, brick and stone. These technologies allow you to drill precisely sized holes with virtually no noise, dust or vibration.
Even when drilling heavily reinforced concrete, perfectly smooth "polished" holes with the exact required diameter are formed, which do not require further processing and can be used immediately as required.
The absence of strong noise and dynamic shocks allows this technology to be used in residential buildings undergoing reconstruction and repair, but sometimes also in renovated living quarters.
Diamond drilling can be performed both in floors and ceilings (vertical), as well as in horizontal planes - walls, foundations. The complete absence of concrete dust during work, which is one of the most harmful substances for human health, makes diamond drilling the cleanest of all technologies.
This technology is virtually noiseless compared to traditional punch drilling. The length (depth) of the opening can reach 9 meters.
Using drilling machines, it is possible to drill holes in narrow spaces (up to 1 m wide), work that would be completely impossible with traditional technologies.
Advantages of diamond drilling:
Irreplaceability. Diamond drilling is used where other types of drilling are not possible.
Speed. The speed of diamond drilling is unmatched by any other hole-making technique.
Any diameter. With the help of diamond equipment, holes with both small and large diameters (up to 650 mm) can be drilled.
No vibration. Diamond drilling allows you to create holes where dynamic effects are not allowed.
On any slope. The openings can go at any angle - vertical, horizontal, oblique.
In any material. Diamond drilling is possible in any hardness material: reinforced concrete, granite, bricks, etc.
As a rule, drilling is performed with the most commonly used and common diamond diamond diameters: 10-180 (in 10 mm increments), 200, 225, 250, 270, 300, 325, 350, 425, 525, 600, 650, 750, 850 .920 mm.

Diamond drilling costs
The cost of concrete drilling is calculated on a case-by-case basis and depends directly on:
the diameter of the diamond crown to be used (the larger the diameter, the higher the drilling cost), _ cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
from the opening length,
as well as from the material in which the drilling takes place.
The main advantages of diamond drilling compared to the "punch method":
Smooth precision holes and holes can be made in reinforced concrete
Absolutely no vibration
Dust free
Noise does not disturb neighbors
The result is holes of exact diameter that do not require further processing
The outer side of the house wall at the drill exit outside - no damage, no vibration
High drilling speed, usually up to 1 cm / min
It is possible to perform drilling works in living quarters
The openings will be covered under the risers of the heating system
Openings in the foundations of the house for connection of heating and water supply systems to the city highways
Openings in the capital walls for air ducts near the redevelopment of the apartment
Ventilation openings for natural ventilation systems
